Reza is transport and control scientist with the Transport group of Data61. His research interests include automated vehicles, traffic network modelling, analysis and control, as well as machine learning applications to traffic systems. Reza carries over 10 years of research and working experience in a wide range of control and optimization projects with both theoretical and practical perspectives. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Control Engineering. Reza has worked as a research fellow with multiple prestigious G-8 Australian Universities including the University of Sydney and Monash University.
