  • Megan is a strategy, policy and reform leader with over 20 years’ experience in the transport, infrastructure and social services sectors. Her roles have included reforming social housing and child protection systems, transport policy and planning, and leading market-based reform including Victoria’s deregulation of legacy taxi and hire car restrictions and new train, tram and bus contracts.

    As Deputy Secretary, Policy and Innovation for the Department of Transport, Megan leads and works alongside a team of people who drive future mobility through user-focused innovation, legislation and policy; data and analytic capability; and development of a commercial strategy for new business models and partnerships with the private sector.
