  • Q1: What does the forum theme “ITS Innovation Creating Liveable Communities” mean to you?

Creating more liveable communities is what gets many of us out of bed in the morning. Innovation in transport technologies is already delivering direct benefits for our communities, from providing safer mobility, to more convenient travel, and low-emission transport options. I’m excited to see what else we can improve in the future.

Q2: Please provide a short quote about why you are excited about participating at the ITS Asia Pacific Forum on Intelligent Transport Systems 2020?

The forum is a fantastic opportunity to create new connections and ‘plug’ into the activity and innovation in transport technology happening right now across our Asia Pacific region. I am also excited to welcome delegates to Brisbane and share some of our new developments in ITS and smart mobility solutions.

Q3: Where do you see the Intelligent Transport industry in the next 5 to 10 years?

Our industry will continue to play a lead role in addressing liveability challenges, like the road toll, traffic congestion, and vehicle emissions. I also believe the deployment of connected automated mobility will be a key enabler for new services and solutions that help to address these challenges and bring about a new era of safer, cleaner and easier travel.
