Dr. Changju Lee is currently an Economic Affairs Officer at the Transport Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). In his role at UNESCAP he is responsible for smart transport and ITS issues and their contribution towards Sustainable Transport and the attainment of the 2030 Agenda. Dr. Lee has a variety of experiences in transport, including ITS, transport planning and economics. Dr. Lee has published various articles in top-ranked international journals and received several awards. Dr. Lee holds Master degrees in City Planning (Transport Studies) and in Civil Engineering (Transportation), and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation).
