RACQ is Queensland’s largest club and is a mutual company; meaning it is owned by its members and exists to provide services to them.
Formed in 1905 as an advocate for motorists, today RACQ boasts annual revenue in excess of $1.0 billion and offers more than 35 services and products to its 1.7 million plus members. The range of services and products includes roadside assistance, insurance, banking and home assistance.
Governments, industry, media and the general community consider RACQ the leading voice on a broad range of mobility, motoring and consumer issues.
The club also plays a vital role in helping local communities through several initiatives, including the RACQ Foundation and sponsorship of Queensland’s community helicopter rescue fleet.
